Europe Day was celebrated with great success at Molos, Limassol on Saturday, May 7. The ORGANIKO LIFE+ team was there along with the Cyprus Organic Farmers Association, in order to offer organic food samples such as bread, olives, oregano, oil, bananas, oranges, kefir and hairan. We also disseminated informative material regarding the project and the association of organic farming with climate change and health. A lot of people showed interest in the organic products and asked further questions about their certification, criteria and stores location. The event was organized by the European Parliament Office in Cyprus, the Representation of the European Commission in Cyprus, the Press and Information Office and Limassol Municipality.
